Leather is becoming one of the most demanded sub-material in fashion industry and its popularity is increasing. As we all know, it is made by hides (skin of the animals) and one of the main factor is the quality of the hides. Everything matter for a good finished leather; size, thinness, origin, animal type etc. Not all gives the same outcome and every industry need different type of hides; auto industry, upholders , fashion, shoes. Each has got different specs.

Every industry uses finish leather with different specs. Upholstery need think leather that’s why raw hide must be thick. So, you need south EU raw hides. For Fashion industry, leather must be thin and uniform in thinness. So, usually you will need South American or Easter EU raw hide.
Not only these. Scratches, age of the raw hides, salt rate factors also account for. Raw hides are traded in weight. Weight scaled at the time of loading will always be different than in the time of unloading. So, the weight difference must be in the rage of tolerance.
These factors are always difficult to control due to the material is completely natural product.

The size, thickness, quality may even differ even in the same shipment, in the same container. The challenge is to follow up with the suppliers and sort the same speck hides in the same shipment according to the costumer. It really takes lots of effort and time for us and suppliers by all means!

We hired our own staff to control and inspect the raw hides during sorting progress by weight and thickness. Then we kept a strong inventory data to control the stock and the investment.
The next solution is offering the right product to right costumer. According to their focus of industry, we selected the suitable raw hides for the clients. They we immediately offered and closed the deals.
The final step is to ship the stock as soon as possible. As we all know, raw hides loose weight by the time passes and it might get some other bacteria as well. Right after we closed the deals, we shipped out the hides to costumers as soon as possible.
